The volcanic lapillus consists of small parts of molten rock produced during a volcanic eruption. It is a type of inert material found in nature in various grain sizes.
It serves a purpose:
- Decorative;
- As a thermal insulator;
- Regulates soil water retention;
- Draining for the soil;
- Makes the soil lighter.
It can be used within potting soil mixtures or placed on top as decoration or as mulch to retain moisture longer within the pot or to prevent sun exposure to the plant during the summer if placed outside.
Characteristics: 500 gr; grain size 8-20 mm
Green packaging: recycled and recyclable plastic.
