Shipping your package

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery with UPS Extra with a signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whatever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging charges as well as postal costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping fees will be charged for each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken in the case of fragile items.

The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
